Hello, Hello Cheerful Writer!
After the intensity of yesterday's lunar eclipse and full moon, you might be feeling a bit of an energetic hangover today.
I know I woke up feeling a bit woozy this morning and the strongest drink I had last night was H2O!
Adding to that, last night I went to bed at 8:45 pm.
Eclipse and Full Moon energy can be a doozy.
It's natural to feel unsettled or emotional as the lunar energy lingers.
To help you process and release any lingering anxiety or tension, here's a simple writing prompt:
Write a letter to yourself, expressing any fears, doubts, or worries that have been weighing on you. Then, write a response from your higher self or a wise mentor, offering reassurance, guidance, and support.
Allow yourself to fully express and release any negative emotions, knowing that you are supported and guided on your journey.
Remember, the energy of the eclipse will continue to work its magic, clearing away what no longer serves you and paving the way for new beginnings.
