To get back into my writing routine, I'll be sending a daily email for 30 days, March 10th - April 10th. Feel free to unsubscribe if this isn’t for you.
Hello Hello, Cheerful Writer!
I'm headed out of town this weekend and as I sit here in the airport, I've been thinking about my husband, Jed, and our funny beginnings.
We met back in 2002 during college orientation. I knew we would get married the moment I saw him walk through the door with his mug of tea, hungover, and sporting a Boston Red Sox t-shirt.
Of course, he didn't have a clue!
It's funny how life works out sometimes, isn't it?
Over the years, our relationship has grown through experience - kids, moving across the country, cancer, opening businesses, trying to navigate this wacky life and more.
I don't usually talk about my personal life, but with Venus doing some interesting things in the sky and a full moon and eclipse on the way, it feels like the perfect time to reflect on love, nostalgia, and longevity.
If you're feeling the same way, I've got a writing prompt: take a moment to write about a memory that fills your heart with love. Let your words flow and see where they take you. When you feel like stopping, keep going - let what’s revealed surprise you.
I'd love to hear about your experiences with this prompt. Hit reply and share your thoughts with me. It goes straight to my inbox!
Here's to a week filled with love, nostalgia, longevity and beautiful writing. Thank you, Venus!
Happy Writing!

Your writing prompt fueled a memory of nostalgia of being in a tough spot and coming out of it. It made appreciate where I am in life now even more.
