Sometimes you just have to start over
Plus action items to celebrate today's full moon and lunar eclipse
Hello Hello Cheerful Writer!
Today, I had an entire email ready for the lunar eclipse, but as I began to set it up, I couldn't bring myself to send it.
Sometimes, things just go that way.
It got me thinking about how what's needed isn't always what I’ve already written, and maybe the avoidance of having to “rewrite” is what we experience as "writer's block."
So, today, I want to give you some activities for the full moon lunar eclipse to help you clarify what’s needed and move past any blocks that keep you from getting things done.
Pull a tarot card: Draw a card to gain insights into areas where you might be feeling stuck or need guidance. Reflect on its meaning and how it relates to your current situation.
Journal about your challenges: Take some time to write about where you feel stuck in areas such as money, love, career, or relationships. Explore your thoughts and feelings, and consider what steps you can take to move forward.
Write a gratitude list: Reflect on the positive aspects of your life and jot down things you're grateful for. Focusing on gratitude can help shift your mindset and attract more positivity.
Do a meditation: Set aside some quiet time to meditate and connect with your inner self. Use this time to release any negative energy and invite in positive intentions for the future.
