Here are two action items to get you going on the new moon:
1. Notice where you’re not being optimistic and turn that frown upside down. Sag energy always sees the upside, and this new moon is no different. When you notice yourself being a Negative Nancy, shift your thinking into Positive Paola.
Here’s how: as soon as you notice a negative thought or a few arise, say to yourself, “I believe in the power of my dreams, and I am grateful for _______.”
2. Get honest with gratitude. Take 5 minutes and write out 10 things you feel grateful for today. Gratitude can be simple - the extra 15 minutes you got to sleep this morning, the donut you ate while drinking your coffee, the flowers on your kitchen table.
Anything that comes to mind, write it out and feel your heart open and your fear subside.
Notice how you’re energy shifts, and your mindset feels freer. This is a Sag energy at work.
