1. Make a list of where your heart feels unhappy. Ask yourself, what isn’t working and why? Take note of what comes up. Don’t filter or edit - just let the statements come.
2. Where can you release stagnant energy? Do you need to move your body? Take a hike or stretch outside. Do you need to throw out the clutter? Set a timer for an hour and go through your mail or closets - throw out or donate anything that needs to go.
